The
Year End Event is held each year to show case accomplishments that the
kids have made over the past year as well as recognize those students
that have shown exceptional progress in their character and academics.
2006 JHPCC Annual Event
After
holding the event in school gymnasiums, the event had to be hosted
at a college gymnasium due to the growth of our student enrollments.
Students from three of our sites participated for an evening of
awards, performances, and well deserved recognitions.
One of
the highlights of the evening was the premier of our first martial
arts performance piece, choreographed and directed by Chief
Instructor Arnel Ladringan. Teens from our LAMP Program practiced
for months in preparation for the performance.
